CONCERTS IN THE GRAND HALL

The Elbphilharmonie's Grand Hall will once again be an ELBJAZZ venue in 2018 and will host three concerts on each of the two ELBJAZZ festival days (Friday + Saturday, 1 + 2 June 2018). In addition, for the first time, three exclusive concerts for ELBJAZZ ticket holders will take place at the Elbphilharmonie on Thursday (31 May 2018). A total of 17,000 ELBJAZZ 2018 ticket holders had the opportunity to make a reservation to attend one of the nine ELBJAZZ concerts to be held in the Elbphilharmonie’s Grand Hall during ELBJAZZ 2018. There is no entitlement to attend one of the ELBJAZZ concerts at the Elbphilharmonie.

On Site

1. Have your ticket + voucher ready

Please make sure you bring along a printed version of your ELBJAZZ ticket including the voucher for a concert at the Elbphilharmonie's Grand Hall. Ticket holders who booked their tickets before 8 Nov. 2017 at the ELBJAZZ ticket shop received a ticket plus a voucher granting access to the Elbphilharmonie. Please also have this document ready.

2. Get festival wristband + seat-assignment ticket

To get admission to the concert you have booked, please exchange your ticket (+ your voucher if required) at the Elbphilharmonie ticket desk for a festival wristband and a seat-assignment ticket. Seats are allotted randomly so that seats cannot be chosen. If you wish to have adjacent seats, these wristbands and seat-assignment tickets must be collected at the same time.

At certain times there will be an increased number of visitors; for this reason we recommend exchanging your tickets as early as possible (see ticket desk opening hours). Please note that every concert-goer must be present in person. The festival wristbands are attached directly by our staff and cannot be handed out for third persons.

We kindly ask holders of two-day tickets including an Elbphilharmonie concert on Saturday to pick up their wristbands and seat-assigment tickets at the Blohm+Voss ticket counter on Friday.

3. Enjoy your concert at the Elbphilharmonie

With your seat reservation and your wristband, you will be admitted to the Elbphilharmonie. Earliest admission is one hour before the concert begins. We hope you will enjoy the ELBJAZZ 2018 and your concert at the Elbphilharmonie.

CONCERTS IN THE RECITAL HALL

Pre-registration via our reservation system is not required for the ELBJAZZ 2018 concerts in the Elbphilharmonie's Recital Hall. You will, however, need a seat-assignment ticket to gain admission to the Recital Hall concerts. Seat-assignment tickets (subject to availability) may be picked up at the day of the concert, two hours before the concert you want to visit starts, at the Elbphilharmonie Visitor Center. You must have a valid festival wristband. For reasons of safety, admission to the Recital Hall is limited.
